How to Order
You can call us at (510) 432-2881, order online, or send an email. Please provide us with all item details along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. All orders will be shipped when payment is received or successfully processed.

Shipping / Delivery
All orders will be shipped Fed Ex ground. If your order is large or requires faster shipping, please call the studio at (510) 432-2881 for alternative shipping options and prices. Most orders take approximately 5 to 10 business days to be completed and shipped; any deviation from this schedule will be discussed with you in advance.

Accidents can happen...
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged they will be replaced at no cost. Please keep all original packaging materials and send us an email or call us at (510) 432-2881 to make arrangements.

Item Availability & Pricing
If the item you have ordered is currently unavailable, we will email you to discuss other options. It may be possible for us to procure another instrument in the same style.

Prices are subject to change based on the current market price.

Special Requests / Commissions
We welcome commissions and special requests! Let us know what you are interested in and we can discuss the cost, availability, and how long it will take to complete.

A custom order is defined as an item or collection designed at the request of the client, utilizing specific designs, and/or materials. Because these items are unique, and created specially for you, they are not returnable. A 50% deposit is required to begin manufacture of your custom order. The balance is due before shipping. Prices of individual instuments will be discussed with you prior to beginning your order.

Return Policy
A phone call to (510) 432-2881 before shipping back is mandatory. We gladly accept exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of receipt. Custom order sales are final, and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. New Millinnium Guitar is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so for your protection, be sure your items can be tracked and insured.

All returns will only be received if the packaging meets industry standard. Read terms & conditions here.

All returns must be shipped back in the same packaging or equal and in the same type of shipping that the package came.

Amplifiers must be totally secure and have no movement inside the box. Guitars must also have no movement inside the box and with both there must be at least one and a half inches of padding from the inside wall of the box.

Any items shipped by New Millinnium Guitar that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. If an item is found to be defective due to craftsmanship, it will be replaced free of charge.

Privacy Policy
The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
